FAQs About Inflatable Games

What type of vehicle do I need to haul an inflatable?
All inflatables will fit in most station wagons, mini-vans, SUVs, or trucks.
Do you deliver and set-up?

Delivery cost varies by distance; please call for a quote. Set-up/take-down is $75 per inflatable.
Most people opt to pick up the items themselves. All that is required is a mid to large SUV or minivan.

Do I have to rent for the entire day or can I rent for shorter/longer periods of time?
There is a one day minimum on inflatables.
· Saturday rentals may be picked up Friday after 3pm if available and are due back Sunday morning between 9am and 9:30am.
· All Sunday rentals may be picked up after 10am Sunday and are due back on Monday before 5pm.
· Late charges will apply if not returned on time.
How many people will the moonwalk hold?
Customers should only allow persons of similar size and age group in the moonwalk. Each inflatable has different guidelines that are clearly marked on the front. As an example, the maximum amount of riders allowed, by age groups for the standard 15’X15′ Moonwalk are as follows:
· Under 8 years = 8
· 9 to 13 years = 6
· Older teens = 4
· Adults = 3
Do I need to clean the moonwalk when the party is over?
Please inspect the moonwalk prior to returning to make sure that there will only be a reasonable amount of cleaning done by our staff.
How much space do I need?
A minimum of 5′ of clearance is needed on all sides of the inflatable. A 25′ x 25′ area is required for 15′ x 15′ moonwalks, 26′ x 28′ area for most combo units, and 32′ x 25′ area for most slides. The area should be flat, free of debris, rocks, and trees. If you have an in-ground sprinkler system, please make sure the timer is not set to go on.
How can I reserve an inflatable?
We request that one-half of the rental rate be paid in advance. We accept credit cards over the phone or you may stop in with cash or check.
What type of power is required for an inflatable?
The inflatable should be within 50ft. of an 110v outlet. The extension cord should be 12 gauge or thicker. A 14 or 16 gauge extension cord is not acceptable.
Can I have an inflatable at a park or forest preserve?
You must contact the park/forest preserve, in advance, to let them know that you would like to have an inflatable present. Many parks/forest preserves require a permit to have an inflatable set up and can take as many as two weeks to process. If an 110v outlet is not available, we can provide generators for an additional charge.
Who is responsible for underground utilities?
Our units are staked into the ground for stability and safety. Therefore, the renter is responsible for having all utilities located prior to their party. We recommend you call Julie (800) 892-0123 or simply dial 811 at least 3-4 days in advance. This service is free.
What should we do to get ready for our moonwalk rental?
Make sure you know where you want your moonwalk rental, and make sure there is enough room. Mow your lawn the day before, not the same day or the morning of set up. It will help keep the moonwalk clean for your kids’ enjoyment. Also, if you have a dog, please clean the yard of any waste beforehand. It will help to keep odors away while your kids are jumping, and will prevent any soiling of our units. If you have a water slide rental, don’t water your lawn for a few days before your party. Water slides use a lot of water, and if your grass needs it, it will absorb it a lot better if it is dry.
What are your safety rules/regulations?
1. Adult supervision required at ALL times when children are in the unit.
2. Stakes are provided with each inflatable. They must be used to secure the unit in case of inclement weather.
3. Shoes must be removed prior to entering the unit.
4. Absolutely do not overload unit. Follow manufacturer’s guidelines at all times.

7. Prohibit smaller children from entering the unit when older children are jumping.
8. Do not use near water or when fireworks are being used or will be used.
